Leader: Rick Grimes
Appearance:
Description: Alexandria is a few blocks of cleared streets with a wall around it. It has more than twenty houses, a jailhouse, a mill, an orchard, several different types of crops, a meeting house, a general store, a church and some animal pens. It is connected to the other settlements through a reinforced road, and the leader of Alexandria, Rick Grimes, is considering a legend - especially at Hilltop. The area of Alexandria is on an isolated power grid, but only half of the houses have hot water and there isn't enough power to run all of the lights at the same time.

~ The Sanctuary ~
Leader: Dwight
Appearance:
Description: The Sanctuary is set in an abandoned factory surrounded by barb wire fences, and previously, walkers. There are also concrete barricades set in a maze like formation to trip up any approaching walkers. It is referred to as "a bunch of weirdos" by Heath, and new settlers rarely move to this area. The leader of The Sanctuary was Negan, who now resides in Alexandria jail. It is connected to the other settlements through a reinforced road. Previously was made up of "The Saviors" it's now mostly a bunch of other survivors trying to get by.

~ The Hilltop ~
Leader: Maggie Greene
Appearance:
Description: Previously led by an inept man named Gregory, it is now headed by a reluctant Maggie Greene. It is a town of farmers with a population of about 200. It is the biggest settlement in the new 'known world'. It is based around a huge main house, where a fair amount of the survivors reside. Others live in trailers surrounding the house, and wall surrounds the entire settlement. There are fields to tend to, animal pens, a group cafeteria, and several other places that Maggie has put into effect.
~ The Kingdom ~
Leader: Ezekiel
Appearance:
Description: The Kingdom is based in Washington, D.C, who are based out of a high-school with a built wall reinforced by buses and sheets of metal. It's the second biggest behind The Hilltop. In the winter all of the settlers sleep inside of the school, and in the summer they live outside in tents. The leader Ezekiel, previously acted as an overzealous 'king' figure, but in recent years his overacting has died down quite a bit. They are part of the trading group with the other settlements, and they are connected through a reinforced road.
~ The Whisperers ~
Leader: Alpha
Appearance:
Description: The Whisperer's do not have a permanent settlement, and are an antagonistic group towards the other settlements. They are a nomadic group of people, who wear the skins of walkers to blend in with the zombies. The leader, Alpha, claims that the only way to survive in this new world is to return to the most basic animalistic instincts.
