I can't remember for certain which event it was, but think it was a milestone reward in Survival Road, there was a reward of 750 legendary tokens, which is half a pull on the wheel.
That was the only event they were available from though & when converting screwdrivers you can only get 1500, making this milestone worthless.
Why would you do that Scopely, why?
